Better yet, what if you can still achieve amazing results without having to break the bank? With Transformation Tribe, you get that and much, much more. Transformation Tribe is an online group training program that allows you to participate in four fat-melting and body sculpting workouts every week from wherever you have an internet connection. You just log into our Pulse Training Systems app, go to your workout of the day, take a quick look at short, demonstrative videos for every exercise and start it up! Your workouts are less that 30 minutes long but you’ll feel them working immediately.

Now, this is where the whole group experience comes in. You’ll be able to take part in a group conversation or Facebook page to stay motivated, share experiences and get questions answered by other Tribe members who have goals similar to your own. Not only that, if you have a more personal question, you can message your trainer through the app at any time!

Let’s face it. Keeping track of the progress we make through our programs is the last thing on our minds, yet it’s absolutely essential in order to make progress toward out goals. Looking in the mirror every day doesn’t do any good either because we don’t notice the subtle changes our bodies steadily go through.

This is why our app is so amazing! Your training app will not only let you update your measurements, but we’ve also added a “Progress Photos” feature that allows you to see the transformation! Better yet, you are going to get periodic reminders to  update you stats and progress pictures without having to remember to do it yourself.

Keeping track of your workout schedule is made easy with your very own workout calendar. Check out the what workouts you have this week and reschedule them if something comes up.  Getting a workout started is as easy as it gets, just click on the workout for that day and click the ‘Begin’ button.

Are you in the zone and want to add even more to your workout calendar? Awesome, you can even add your own extra workouts or even just cardio training in. That way you’ll have a detailed record of what you’ve been doing and your trainer know exactly what you’re doing to further reach you goals.
