Pulse Training Systems Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I’m not a parent? Does this mean that Pulse won’t offer me training?

A: Not at all. Though our custom program building is built around parents looking to still live healthy and active lives while having children, the focus is saving you time and money so you can take back some control in your life.

Q: Do you only offer 12-week programs or do I have other options?

A: If you choose 1-on-1 training then you must begin your training with a 12-week program. This ensures you are committed long enough to see real results and learn how your transformation works. After that, you can switch to a monthly option. Pulse LIVE members are month to month.

Q: How long do the custom training programs typically last?

A: We know this sounds cliche, but it really depends one’s goals. For some it may only be a few months and for others it can take much longer. You adherence to the program will dictate the speed of your progress. 

Q: I have some dietary restrictions and preferences. Will that be a problem with my meal planning?

A: Not at all. We want you to enjoy the nutritional end of your transformation. We’re well educated and will make sure you end up with the best custom meal plans suited for you.

Q: Can you work with people who have pre-existing injuries or medical conditions?

A: Yes. It’s recommended that you speak to your physician first and get cleared for intense physical activity. In some rare cases, we require sedentary individuals to spend about a month doing light exercise before jumping into one of our programs. Again, this is quite rare.

Q: I don’t have a gym membership. Is that going to be a problem?

A: Nope. The beauty about Pulse Training Systems is we specialize in building you in-home programs that get you results better than you can achieve in a crowded gym. That being said, we can totally build you a gym-based program if that’s what you prefer.

Q: Can I get a training program without the custom made meal plan?

A: Meal plans come standard with your 1-on-1 training. Though some people choose not to use them, those who do see far greater results is a much shorter time. Pulse LIVE members don’t have meal plans but may choose to use them as an add-on to their membership. A proper meal plan can help you see results up to 400% faster than with exercise alone.

Q: How many days a week will I have to work out?

A: With 1-on-1, expect to workout at least 3 days a week; maybe more. Pulse LIVE members get 5 workouts every weeks (Monday – Friday).

Q: I’m not very tech savy. Am I going to have trouble using the app?

A: Nope. Though it will take a little getting use to, like any new app, ours actually comes with instructional videos to guide you through anything you need to know. You’ll also have your trainer at your finger tips with the messaging feature to help out if you need it!

Q: Is there a way I can speak to the trainer that’s building my workout and nutrition plan?

A: Absolutely. 1-on-1 members can access their trainer through the Pulse Training Systems app or wait till your schedule check-in call. Pulse LIVE members can reach out by messaging through our members-only Facebook group page where we host our daily live-streaming workouts.

Q: Do you have any kind of money back guarantee?

A: Unfortunately not. We can’t control how hard you push yourself or how well you stick to the program. That being said, if you do everything exactly as the program instructs, you’ll see mind blowing results. Consistency is key.

Q: I don’t really cook. Am I going to have a lot of trouble following the meal plan?

A: Not at all. Every meal plan comes with a grocery list and easy-to-follow recipes. You just have to put in the small amount of time it takes to cook it up real quick.

Q: Why should I choose Pulse Training when there are tons of cheap options out there?

A: Great question! 1) You are still getting all of the benefits of having a trainer, plus more, at a fraction of the cost. 2) You have far more control then you would with an in-person trainer or class. 3) We keep things fresh so you never get bored of the same ol’ stuff. 

Plus, we specialize in training busy parents so if you have kids, we’re the people you want by your side.

Q:Why do I need to put my payment info to start my free pass with Pulse LIVE?

A: It’s purely a technical step to immediately begin the sequence to get you started. You will not be charged a cent and no card info is stored. This is why you’ll need to re-enter your card info 1 last time when you decide to continue after your Free Pass expires.

Q: I’m sold! Where do I get started and how much will it cost me?

A: We’re so happy you’re ready to take such an exciting leap! Just book yourself an appointment to chat via phone or video call and we’ll set you up with everything you’ll need. The prices of our high end personalized programs vary but are still only a small fraction of the cost of an in-person trainer. We can’t wait to work with you!

Q: What should I do if I miss a LIVE workout?

A: No problem. We understand the LIVE workout might not be convenient for everyone. This is why we’ve made it so you can access the recorded session so you have to freedom to workout whenever you want and never miss a day!
